Winners are Ally Soule (Miss Outstanding Teen) and Carlie Colella (Miss Maryland)

Note: Ally Soule competed as Miss Frederick Outstanding Teen. 

Here are the rest of the results from the competition:

1st runner-up — Miss Montgomery County Jessica Bermudez, who received a $4,000 scholarship
2nd runner-up — Miss Mason Dixon Stephanie Kelman, who received a $3,000 scholarship
3rd runner-up — Miss University City Danna Thomas, who received a $2,000 scholarship
4th runner-up — Miss Western Maryland Hannah Mollerick, who received a $1,500 scholarship.

and for the  Miss Maryland Outstanding Teen competition were:
1st runner-up — Miss Urbana Outstanding Teen Monique Sparks
2nd runner-up — Miss Appalachia Outstanding Teen Hannah Brewer
3rd runner-up — Miss Western Maryland Outstanding Teen Faith Mohamed
4th runner-up — Miss Montgomery County Outstanding Teen Gabrielle Agnew
