MallOWeen - Free Trick or Treat - Valley Mall Date: 10/25/2018 Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Location: Valley Mall, 17301 Valley Mall Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740 (View Map) Description: Get ready for some free, awesome family fun. Tots2Tweens is proud to present our annual MallOWeen event at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD. This is a free, safe and indoor trick or treat event held inside the mall. Have a great family costume? We love to see those! Just the kiddos dressing up? That’s fine too. No time for that – no problem. Just stop by and you’ll get treats, too. Thursday, October 25, 2018 5-8pm Valley Mall – 17301 Valley Mall Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740 What to expect: These events are very well-attended so have patience. Our vendors (and some of the mall merchants) will be handing out candy to the kids. Many of our vendors will also have activities and giveaways – so be ready to have some fun with them. Our sponsors and vendors are the reason these events are free – so take a moment and say hi to them. The event starts promptly at 5pm.
